as being pakistani national i think President Musharraf went to America to sale his book only... he made a lot publicity infront of media even replying on serious matters he give the reference to his book... i feel stressed living here under the Army ruler...nobody to ask any question from Musharraf, their is a lot more then to do the publicity for his book in america...
Sir, None of the dictators of Pak has ever written any book to justify his actions with concocted stories.He mentioned somewhere that he cried like a child when 93000 troops of Pak army surrendered in East Pak under the command of Gen Niazi. Kargil episode was an act of revenge as he was at the helm of army affairs. Stating that India stole nuclear programme from AQ Khan is another lie. India has got world class scientiests right from Homi Bhaba days and do not have to look outside for any stealth. It is in the blood of Pak army generals to keep the elected govts in dark and do their evil designs. Right from Ayub Khan, Yahya Khan, Zia-ul-Haq and he himself, they have been power hungry. As an army officers and even during their training as cadets, they have been in the low merit. So there is nothing outstanding for Musharaff to write a book and justify his action. He can defy saluting Indian Head of state when being received by Sharif Nawaz Sharif, he was then army chief, that clearly shows a sense of revengeness. What sort of protocol he can expect from others. You may write a book but reality lies in your actions and intentions.
never have heads of states stooped so low. previously leaders used to dress like common man, think like common man even eat and drink like common man but never would they utter out anything like common man in public. an odd Lalu used to do it, but that was all part of his overall image. Now we see a deliberate effort on part of world leaders to sound stupid be it Musharraf, Bush, Chavez, Ahmedinijad or our own Jaswant. Thankfully none of our heads of state have fallen so low, not yet!!!

Wanted persons by India remain there. And I doubt if musharaf and pakistan have nuclear ability to match to that of India and i feel strongly that only the U.S is pressuring india to take pakistan in soft powder hand. I have never beleived that there is pakistan. it is part and parcel of india, including bangladesh.
India is a Enourmous Lion and with a single roar can and will reunite the so called pakistan and bangladesh back into the original fold. Then no kashmir or brahmaputra river dispute. United India.
This fellow is having a huge false pride. For a person who came to power in a midnight coup it will always seem illogical to understand the functioning of a democracy and hence his lack of understanding of "people above him". Vajpayee ji may have been speechless at this guy's stupidity. If he feels he was humiliated he deserved it!
You can glorify baburs, ghoris and taghluts. We cannot forget the past of your misgivings. You and your country had stood up for islamic bigotry. Now about vajpayee - he deserves humiliation for betraying hindus and treating them as vote banks. This is worse then congress's divide and rule.
