The act of the present Govt. can be interpreted like, if an supreme Court had passed on order to some one for the death sentence, the state govt. will help the that person by changing the basis law.
The State Govt. had failed to even take the help of Supreme Court to clear their own created menace.
So, in my opinion the Supreme Court should stand with its present decision,this will have a large impact on the faith of the Country Law.
other way is that,Impose heavy penelty on the voilation of the Law on the annual Basis,so that the traders will feel that it will be better for them to shift the present establishment to the legally valid place.
