The information in this news story confirms my belief that an ordinary citizen of India can NEVER hope to make a mark in politics. The primary essential requirement for that is to be FILTHY RICH.
Nepotism, despotism and sycophantism goes hand in hand in this stinking peurile nation. Soon Pawar wil be boss of not just BCCI, but SBI, RBI, ICCI, CII, IIT, IIM and countless other combinations of the alpabet - the more accumulation of these, the more powerful one becomes - his megalomanic lust for power knows no bounds. It's difficult to believe that these folks don't own a car - maybe they don't own a 'personal' car, but uses one belonging to one of their businesses??.
