These type of fatwas have no place in islam,Terming any sect as non-muslim is not a mature act by mufti sahab. He should think twice before issuing such fatwas.It is better to avoid these type of matters to come in limelight.More we will keep quiet, more these type of things will be buried..May Allah help mufti sahab and all of us in knowing true meaning of Islam...ameen

So does all good holy books...though most f it has been re written to incorporate what these so called religious leaders feel right for the society..
cant you adopt the right way of life...instead of embracing what you were born in.
If some man made books by so called prohets/priest ...give a new twist to the way things should be looked at in ones life...should we follow it blindly..I am sure the kuran would never support terrorism. but if some book does for an insatnce...then will you change your thought to be a true muslim...i believe you should take the good of the all holy book and apply to real life.
so what if OSAMA is made a non muslim...he is a killer...who is using the community well to get his desires fulfilled.
Stop believing in religious leaders blindly and start trusting your faith ...truely introspect to assume anything in life..

So...do you understand now,Anup,the deliberate and of course, politically influenced attempts of the media to brainwash the masses by highlighting the stuff which is highly irrelevant, highly inconsequential and exactly converse to the basic Islamic teachings. It is precisely due to this reason only that the majority of the people today perceive Islam the way "some" powers want them to!
With the Moulana's verdict that OSama is not a muslim, many muslims might heave a sigh of relief. They are cleared of all doubts & accusations now that its known that Osama is not a muslim.
If a muslim comment upon a muslim brother that person is out of the muslim community and muslim sector.
Mr. Abdul Mannan who has given fatwa against a dewbandi sect that is totally wrong .A maoulan who
is the leader of the Muslim community and have a wide knowledge about Islam should not give such a fatwa against a muslim .It is my opinion that Moulana Mannan
