It is very sad that the teaching faculty has been victim of his students only.Now it is expected that government should be unbiased in approaching the culprits.But the things appearing in the cases seems that Himanshu has taken the right decision of asking to trqnsfer the case to CBI.But it is very sad for local governemt.I cant understand that if governemt want to punish the people involved,then what is problem in hanging the case to CBI.We as a citizen of country stand with himanshu
if want punish them , hange all of 24 peopel including that great girl in front of colleage and telecat all live TV channel, then only it can prevent future. but indian consitution is can not do, our consitution is only for low class people. Politician for high class people they are come in fundamental right of india. nothing can do National Human Rights Commission,
The nation expects something more from the respected leaders like Bajpayee & Advani. They should clear their stand and tell the nation whatever has been done by ABVP is not acceptable at all. They should specially instruct the MP Chief Minister about the probe in this case.
