Domestic violecne against women is a act for which there should b serious punishment, but we all have to understand a simple point that it also can be misused. Now, I would like to that to save the image of women, how this law safegurads the proper implementation. How can one be arrested immediately without undergoing any facts whereas there are many cases where even husbands are tortured, how this law saftguard the image of those husbands rather than taking the side of one who complains wrongly for her self or for her financial benefit. Many husbands are undergoing very bad phase of their life because of those women who marry boys for sake of money and fame and for whom relations does not matter much, they are not firm believer of the bond by name marriage, dont you think we are breaking Indian marriage if we take the wrong side of women who complains wrongly for domestic violence and thus is cheating the women who is worth to make such complains.
These stupid new Laws are totally destroying the Cultural Society Fabric of India for all Religions.
Does this mean that our Ancestors were stupid, who made separate rules for Women and Men and led a peaceful existense for all families for 1000's of years.
Women in all scriptures are respected as a Daughter, Wife or Mother. Women(have more Will Power, Thinking Power, Etc) are Superior to Men that is why they were entrusted with looking after the Home, the World outside is not as clean and that is why a Inferior Person (as Man) has to deal with the outside World.
It is a pity that we are coming to such a stage where it takes just a simple report for a woman to put her husband (future Ex-Husband) in Trouble-Prison, Etc.

i agree with you. this will be used by so many people to threat married men society by women and their family members. after 1 year u will find so many divorce case flooded in india. the rule should protect genuine woman who are all affected in this regard. now a dys people r freek out. culture change. added to that this law definitely leads to destruction of our social setup.
