Yet our ennuchs filled govt will extend a hand of friendship and there will be more idiots clamouring to the border with candlelight vigils, when they should only be gathered around and shot relentlessly.

Diplomatic espionage is derigueur.Every diplomat knows that he is in a foreign country to promote and pursue interests of his own state often at the cost of diplmatic decencies and suborning the vulnerable locals to promote espionage for one's masters at home.
