Soliciting minors is small thing? The modus operandi is questionable? They haven't really committed any crime? What the hell is wrong with these people? Do they want us to wait around till these people actually assault such minors? Soliciting a minor is despicable, whether committed by a computer engineer or some hillbilly and needs to be punished.

'Small thing' is a wrong word to fit, probably it tried to mean - small, momentory and volatile gratification gained by these criminals and forget they could have had a 'bigger thing' a good life for themselves and 'even bigger' untouched life for the victims. Probably they would aim grownup underage teens, and not very childrens as many preditors in US do. but have ended up falling in the same filter traps. after all good is good, bad is bad.

I agree with you, totally. And I think after the one year jail term, these guys should be sent to Guantanamo Bay, permanently, and not deported back to our country where they'd probably pretend to be some yahoos returning from the US to do India a big favour!
These Indians are committing a henious crime trying to solicit minors and have sex with them. In addition they are bringing disrepute to a prominant community in USA. I hope they will receive examplary punishment that will deter others from trying to exploit minors. Madan
When the offender is your brother its "such a small thing". How about if the victim happen to be your little sister or daughetr who is a minor? Shed your nepotism and hypocrisy.

The suspects do not know the severity of this offense. They are spoiling the minors and misusing the technology. These people should be punished.
