Law Contradicting Itself > Whats our Chance?
by Christie John on Oct 17, 2006 03:39 PM  Permalink

Looks like finally the Mattoo case has a satisfactory ending, but does it end here?

Satements of the sessions court, like "though i know that he is the man who committed the crime, i give him the benefit of doubt" is shocking.! With justice being served like this what is the chnace for common man?

Is there any assessment conducted on the the Judges who give wrong verdicts.. or are they above the law??

I have a feeling that mattoo is just a lucky chance... the suffering will continue for the common man...

WHY NOT TO PUNISH HIS FATHER
by Neelam R Wali on Oct 17, 2006 02:52 PM  Permalink

being a responsible officer of the country, it is his father who should be punished, because it is he who has delayed the justice in this case by manupulations and has misused his powers. although it will be difficult to prove this but what is ther need to prove things which are cristal clear to every one.
