Leave it to American ingenuity - there is no dearth of ideas - they are the masters at showmanship and putting on a show, and can and sell you anything, and, they don't do things half-arsed, but think of everything from the very initial design right on down to the marketing aspects. No museum worth its salt will be found dead without its 'giftshops' selling in-house memorabilias, all with their 'Made in China' labels. It's time Indian architects and designers moved into the space-age era, and gave Corbu and Kahn a rest - there are too many other creative designers out there.
