I am personally against giving death penalty to anyone. But, that in no way means to give a lesser punishment to the people behind attack on parliament, whhich is considered as the temple of democracy. Under Indian constitution death sentence should be reserved for rarest of the rare cases and this is certainly the correct one. All those hurriyat leaders I would have atleast respected their voice had they condemned the attack on parliament or stop violence in kashmir or stop converting innocent unemployed people into terrorists with their mindless ridicuolous speeches.
i would like to ask from farqoo what afzal has achived attaching on the parliment , the dead bodies that is all , & now what you(Farqoo) wants to tell us, where were u at that time did u said at that time why he kild those inocents , you yours self does not know about kashmir , you are the one who spoied the kashmir, the youth there education, there livehood can u give them this if yes come forward else do not talk just keep quite that is what a kashmiri youth wants right now, get afrid of alla, & walk on the truth
Well Mr. Mirwaiz could you please rewind your memory to kanishka episode ? the plane was hijacked and indian citizens kept at the edge of kalashnikovs because the militants of a group like yours wanted to release a militant in jail. so it is a risk keeping pests alive. india is achieving multiple things. 1st if you try to kill our citizens or cause disruption to property , the result is death. terror should be dealt with death sentence mr.
