Pardon to Afzal
by S. Roy Biswas on Oct 05, 2006 04:34 PM  Permalink

It is unfortunate that persons who do not condemn terrorism nor help the Government through their organization to pin-point and award punishment to those terrorists who gun down or kill innocent tourists visiting Kashmir, have the audacity to predict negative reaction in Srinagar. A terrorist is a terrorist whether his role is passive or active. No one can be allowed to play with lives of innocent persons. The attack made was a challange to the Nation per se and any leniency shown whould portray this nation as a weak Nation. The Hurriyat is making a mockery of itself by asking US to put force upon India where on the the other hand the US has taken its war against terrorism much beyond its borders and I think it is high time that India too should follow suit and not get cowed down by such stupid rehtoric.

Parliament Attack
by B.Shankar on Oct 05, 2006 04:22 PM  Permalink

Sir,
Its very heartening to see Farooq Abdulla, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Umai Owaisi, Yaseen Malik to argue for Afzal Guru and grant clemency. They also say that by pardoning him, India will send the right signal to Kashmiris. Fine, will the above TERRORIST DOGS thought about the backlash in other parts of India. I fervently appeal to all the fellow HINDUS of my beloved country to raise in unison and wipe out these so called SECULARISTS such as Arundhati Roy, Farooq Abdulla, Sonia Gandhi et el.

by Arun on Oct 05, 2006 02:46 PM  Permalink

There can be no second thought about how to treat terrorist. Law can only protect abider, not breaker. Afzal is JeM terrorist (Banned out fit)... No mercy for him let. Umar Farooq answer how would he console people (security personnel) who lost their lifes on that day Nov 13 at Parliment. Even they left familie s behind...

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, first come to table for take... dont try to campaign from outside. If US heed to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq request... then they are making a mistake...

death sentence

Terrorist who are all involved in the Parliament attack and responsible for the death of 12 security personnel must be hanged in Public at the earliest. Clemancy will leads to further increase in Terrrorism. POTA must be reinstated and Kashmir chief minister must tried for supporting Terrorism.

RE:death sentence

Yes I agree with you. How come our law is quiet when a CM of a state, which is part of India, can openly claim clemency for a terrorist, who did not attack, anyone else but the heart of the country, that is the parliament. I am really surprised at this.

Where are these pseudo-national politcal parties like BJP, Shiv Sena etc. If they are really caring for the country, why are they keeping quiet. Cant they sue this Azad and other's for their Clemency claims. Is there no provision in our constitution for sueing this kind of Bloody Politicians?

This is why our country is going to dogs.

Outrageous
by Venkatesh on Oct 05, 2006 01:24 PM  Permalink

How daring of him to go to America. He is indirectly threatening by saying that the radicals will become stronger by doing this. Let me ask him, if India is not going to achieve anything by hanging him, then what have they achieved in all these years of their terrorism. They started killing the innocents for their cause. It now pains to be at the receiving end. I say all those, who support the clemency, should also be hanged along with Afzal.

Hurriyat
by dilip on Oct 05, 2006 01:22 PM  Permalink

Poor Hurriyatmen, selfstyled leaders, should have known that it is only the President of India and not any government or any person, who can grant clemency. There should be no discussions on such issues. The killers of Indira, Kehar Singh and other were not granted clemency. How can a person who is involded in attacking the parliament of India granted clemency?Demoocracy is what Hurriyat and like people do not believe in and can not as such understand what attacking the parliament of a great nation mean.

by Prem on Oct 05, 2006 12:44 PM  Permalink

When Shahid Bhagt sing hang , what happed , and in this case this person is not suppose to be a sahid , he mad other to be shahid , why we are in favore of him. Simple thing , he did crim and he should get revert in terms of panaly whatever court made. As a inidin we should not interfece in court decision, In fact this would be lasson for the other terraris, and this is only option to minimise ..... Court decision should be finallly and if people interapting the decision , or giving support to terrorist they should also punished

it's ridiculous
by raghu on Oct 05, 2006 12:00 PM  Permalink

Hello there,

It's ridiculous and bull shit. Iam just wondering why these peoples are begging for clemency for a terroist and that too asking bush administration to interfere.

I don't understand what **** rights they have got to do with our problems. Is bush administarion ruling the world? Then why the **** this guys are taking the matter for the sake of terroist. It's insane.

I would like to request the president of india, that not to defer the process, he should be hanged at once and our president should'nt get his words back. If so happens, there is no democracy in india.
No forgein element should peep into our constiution affairs.

Leaders & people who all are supporting the terroist should be hanged with him. India needs a hitler rather than gandhiji at this time to wipe out this peoples from our land.
