Maybe a lawsuit or PIL would be a shot in the arm so that airlines are more aware and cannot just get behind a 'rule' without pointing it out.

Why am I not surprised at this CISF high-handedness? It's normal practice everywhere in this stinking land for police and 'security forces' to make their own laws - they are the law!
