Delhi is a dirt hill
by stargazer on Oct 02, 2006 11:00 AM  Permalink

Is it surprising? delhi is a dirt hill. one needs to go on highways like the old delhi gurgaon road stretch. From dwarka to kapashera border you have full stretch of dirt, dead dogs lying on the main highway street. and unlimited dumps of garbage not cleaned since last how many years? residents say it dirt is a permanant fixture.
