Sanjay's plea that he acquired and possessed the prhibited firearms sounds stupid. The poor judge must have been under enormous pressure to deliver this "judgement"!We have the rule of the law; but it is poorly enforced.We must be a small step away from being described as a banana republic.
It is a great news that the son of Sunil and Nargis Dutts has not been found guilty under TADA. The noble father and mother have given a good son to this country - there might me pressing situations which have mislead sanjay - but he is a good human being.
Iam happy the judge has understood and gave the right verdict.
I request sanjay to raise to the stature of his father late Mr Sunilji and be a blessing to our INDIA .
Both these lawyers have given the right statment. I fail to understand that how the MP's and other so called celebraties can come out openly i support of someonw who was caught destroying an assunt rifle and hand granades. He was fully aware what these can do. I think he should be sent to jail for destruction of evedence, having illegle arms for a good time so that India is not seen as a soft state.
