Tibet's illegal Occupation.
by KP on Nov 24, 2006 01:52 AM  Permalink

My heart goes for all the tibetan brothers and sisters who have been treated as indesireble animals by the congress govt. under ofcourse the pressure from the CPM, CPI or whatever. My dear tibetans the reason you are being treated like this is cos you are not MUSLIMS , you are not SIKHS and you are not Christians. You are mostly buddhists which is a synomyn of Hinduism for the political elite.Neither have you raised armed revolt nor have you blasted bombs in the trains.

The Indian Government only gives in to the people who have taken innocent lifes and who threaten to destroy India. whereas you are a passive tribe.

I dont know how will our PM and President , or Our Queen Sonia Gandhi will be able to look at there face in the mirror after welcoming the exploiter and threatening to prosecute the exploited.

I know my Tibetan Friends as your beloved leader Dalai Lama has said before Peace and truth will prevail , it might take some time and we will have to make a lot of sacrifices but we will win.God willing we will.

Satyamev Jayate
(ofcourse to our rulers it means that truth shall always be supressed)

Appeasement in not the best policy
by Aneesh on Nov 23, 2006 08:59 AM  Permalink

Especially with China .As a democratic nation we have an obligation to support the rights of Tibetians and guard aginst the imperialistic intentions of China .
Lets not forget Chinas close association with Pakisthan as well and the cause of 1962 war.

Its moral obligation to raise out voice
by Suresh Verma on Nov 21, 2006 08:02 PM  Permalink

All those who have some consious and who knows the history sould raise voice against Mr Hu`.Still in 21st century China is holding Tibbet and killing them,Tibbet`s people are not like taliban or middle east like they are peace loving proof is that they are not revolting like any other organisations(LTTE,or Kashmiri militents),there is not reason for China to claim any thing.World speak about all other illegal occupation but rarely about Tibbet.
One hand India giving shelter to Dalai lama other hand considering Tibbet as part of China, why this double standard.Reason is our leader do`nt have guts.
Congress during Nehru made blunder now under pressure from CPM(most leathel party)not taking any strong stance.CPM organise rally against Saddams trial but not agaist China for claiming Arunachal or supressing Tibbet. Only BJP has said our main enemy is China .All support Pakistan is getting is from China.

SUSPECT HU'S VISIT FOR INDIA'S SECURITY......
by SONAM LOTUS on Nov 21, 2006 10:57 AM  Permalink

Who can trust a poisonous snake?? that it will not bite n leave its deedly venom? To satisfy their greed n desire for more..it will kill us for sure sooner or later. It is better to be little suspicious than to trust a neighbour like China. History is there as a proof since generations.. Those who befriend Hu's govt. is infact putting the security of country (India ) at stake. remember Hindu Chini Bhai Bhai.. So please be alert dear policy makers.. We don't wanna suffer unnecessarily...

All human being are born free n have the right to lead a free life. But the plight of Tibetans are really poor. We don't see bloodshed in Tibet, not because they can not but because they dont want to engage in killings or violences....

... Love triumphs in life..Not violence...
See Iraq, Palestenians, Afganistan,
Stenzin's concern n fight for a FREE Tibet is justified n world should support this noble cause. Why only Stanzin, all Tibetan should work for this no matter how small or big the task is. An ocean is a result of little drops of rain. So each voices counts...I wish all Tibetan see a Free Tibet in near futurre and Indian leaders remain suspicious with Chinese and not China...

We welcome Tibetans
by Ramesh on Nov 20, 2006 08:36 PM  Permalink

We Indians have always welcomed Christians, Moslems, Jews, Parsis, Tibetans but then certain religions misused that freedom. When Jews were persecuted thruout the world it was India that gave them asylum.Even now genetically the folowers of Moses were traced to India.Jews didnt have a homeland but after years they finally got their homeland in Israel. So what I want to say is Tibetans maybe in exile, but thats only for a short period.Indians are only happy to note that Tibetans have Dharmashala and Kushal Nagar and you can further enrich the Indian culture with your culture.China thinks they have captured the whole world just becoz of the fact that their economy is growin at double digit rate.

Free Tibet
by R Sriram on Nov 20, 2006 01:40 PM  Permalink

To echo the words of Sardar Vallabhai Patel - 'We have let down the people of Tibet'. Culturally Tibet shares more in common with India than China and they has depended on India to help them during their time of need and we let them down. India has always had problems with refugees of other countries but you Tibetans have given back as much to us and continue to show your gratitude which is sadly lacking in other groups that India has supported. Tenzin Choeying - A majority of we Indians would love to see Tibet free. However, you would appreciate that times have changed and India as a responsible power will have to plays its balls deftly. I just hope our politicians do not make the mistake of 1962 once again.

Tibet is Great Country
by balamurali on Nov 20, 2006 12:27 PM  Permalink

True. Chinese can't be trusted..They literally stole tibet which has lot of natural resources and strategic point. Outright human rights violation is happening. and our communists are admiring china and supporting...also, chinese recently voted against a resolution for banning Terrorist outfit Lashkar-E-Toiba promoted by US.

My heart and soul goes for tibetians.Bottom line, Chinese hatao!
