According to me my favourite anchors is rajdeep of
cnn-ibn,karan thapar,burkha dutt of ndtv.each anchors have their own style.Who can forget the big fight show which has been hosted formerly by rajdeep,after the rajdeep's exit,i have stopped watching that program.Truly karan thapar is a devils advocate,Because i have seen most politicians fails to answer his question.even miss jayalalitha after an interview with karan thapar,Mr thapar at the end of interview he said its my pleasure to have interviewed her and in response miss jayalaitha said its not her pleasure to have given interview to him.there are many episodes still i remember.I dont how Mr thapar prepares all those questions,it still amazing.burkha dutt takes all the social related issues and she speaks boldy.these people are my favourites anchors.
My favourite tv news anchor is NIdhi Razdan of NDTV 24X7. She is the only anchor with an international style to the way she presents the news and the fact that she is fromn IIM-C signifies the kind of passion she must have for the profession she is in...
Pranoy Roy. He has changed the way in which the news should be read to the audiance, atleast from the indian television point of view if not international channels. From being a channel which got only half an hour of time on Doordarshan and that too only on Friday, managed to launch his own news channel. In my Childhoold i used to wait for that half an hour. I do remember Appan Menon who used to report from South Africa and on whose name NDTV each year will present an award
