My Fevourite TV Anchors are below 1- Vinod Dua - NDTV 2- P.Prasoon - AAj Tak 3- Barkha Dutt- NDTV 24*7 4- Ashutosh - IBN 7 5- Rajat sharma - India TV 6- Afsa Anjum - NDTV ( for Sprots spl)
Although two of these do not fall into the 'news anchor' category, they smell and eat NEWS. They are the best.
1. Vir Sanghvi (Sauve, Piercing, Extremely cool attitude, confident and psycho analytic. An amazing guy his columns in HT are the most well balanced)
2. Karan Thapar ( He is truly India's answer to BBC's Tim Sebestian. At times he confuses his visitors, but his talent lies in setting a trap and inviting his guest into the trap with a wickedly cool smile)
3. Barkha Dutt ( She is an all in one. Her talk shows are quite good, her friendly no nonsense attitdue helps. Also she manages to put things in a nice way to the studio audience. Quite hard working, honest and dedicated.)
i really like his reading and the way he present the news as well as his understanding the importance of the news to mass as well he has got the vision.
My Favourite is Dibang from NDTV because when he speaks a word that seems to be like as common man word and not from the TV Anchor.It should be like that only.Also,while speaking on the subjects his Face expression and voice level changes according to the subject which is very important for the viewer to understand the subject quickly.
