Relief / What a Hell???
by Shilpa Mehta on Nov 15, 2006 01:38 PM  Permalink

I wish to share my concern. It's not only the traders are affected, the whole chain is getting affect. Corporate, who have settled offices in residential area and the employee.

All commercial complexes have following lack of basic amenities:

a.      Hygiene
b.      Sewage
c. &n bsp;    Water
d.      Electricity / Power Cut is major till date.
e.      Parking

Reason of 1st three listed above forced corporate to in residential areas. Now if they move again, most are moving to NCR, which again have worst conditions for employees:

a.      Public Transportation
b.      Security (Gurgaon & Noida) Crime Rate is altogether high.

Un-employment, crime and suicide attempts will toll the city. They are not only forcing only one community all are going to get the effect.

Any body got solution to the crises NO.

We all should unite together to oppose the unpractical approach of Supreme Court and the bullshit Delhi Govt. as they have not obeyed the earlier orders, which could have beautified Delhi, like Removal of Slum in the cities maintained Road.

Supremecourt's guidance in urban plannning...

Panchkula Nov.15th,Wednesday,2006.
this catch 22 imbroglio reflects the state of misgovernance and poor law-enforcing capabilities
of our multi-level Authorities that separately and concurrrently look after the metropolitan national capital.I mean DMC, Metro council,Delhi state Govt.,
and various deptts., of GOI. Babus in the various
echelons make hay and fight endless sleazy violations of norms and rules of urban planning , Zoning and public health , pollution , very zealously defending their turfs ..The violators
of these principles are the blackguards from amongst the Black-market land-Mafia and hustlers as much as the Babus who join hands with all the law-breakers for a consideration and later suddenly start exacting adherence of the earlier dormant Planning Guidelines after decades... Naturally, these earlier clients of Babucracy feel indignant..Supreme-court also can do little to sort this out and remove public nuisance by juridical verdict, alone D. Goel
