by ananya on Nov 29, 2006 02:56 PM  Permalink

by this incident it is clear that still discremination is there in india on the basis of caste. so inorder to uplift the dalits & BC\\\'s reservations are mandatory in all government and private organisations and laws regarding harassment on the basis of caste should be very severe.
i request maharashtra govt. & HC to hang the culprits who involved in this case.

Issue is being politicised
by Atindra on Nov 10, 2006 09:12 PM  Permalink

Bhotmongeji has rightly denied job to slap on inept govt's face. The issue had been messed by govt and arrests are deliberately delayed. The incident has happened in september and after severe protests by various NGOs only woke govt up. So called political messiah of Dalits (mostly communists) are taking now political toll but never made proper protest or representation of the issue to the state and center govts.

"Dont Play Dirty Tricks Mr VilasRao Deshmukh"
Justice is more important. This the condition of the Maharashtra state.Shame on u and police department along with the foolish Doctor (Health)department.
The henious crime commited by the villagers are beyond imagination. How can India develops herself if such thugs are present, bringing shame to humanity and India
Look this is the culture of or Hinduised villages
1>Asking son to rape mother and sister
2>Humiliating and tortouring human body
3>Cutting genitial and other private part of the body
4>Putting sticks into female private body
5>Parading mother and daughter naked and raping infront of sons(one is blind )
6>Killing mercillesly and villages enjoyign the mass murder

what has gone wrong to the people of india. Are they human or animals.I feel ashamed to compare these deadly wild villagers with the wild animals, even they have some moral ethics.
The guilty should be hanged till death.

Khairlanji Dalit Killing
by sisir on Nov 10, 2006 07:26 PM  Permalink

The caste cauldron is still burning and unfortunately burning strongly.Only time knows how many more dalits will be scrificed in this fire which has been burning since time immemorial. As caste fundamentalists are bereft all humane consideartions;I am afraid Dalits will be forced to take up arm and India may be plunged into civil war.Senseless leaders like Mr R.R.Patil can will add salt to wound by giving the case a "Naxal" angel. With leaders like him and caste-mad uppercaste(Sic) people with hammer and knives out to kill dalits I dont see a bright future for dalits in particular and Nation India in general.
May the almighty give sense to all

Vilasrao Deshmukh should resign
by Pravin B. on Nov 10, 2006 06:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The Vilasrao Deshmukh run Maharashtra Govt. should resign as they are incompetant to give justice to even one person of 100 million population. There are hundreds of atrocities are done all over Maharashtra most of the criminals go unpunished.
The murder of poor Buddhist family by Hindus is a crime against Humanity. Bhutmange is a proud Buddhist and true follower of Bodhisattva Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar that is why deniel of JOB is right.

Either Govt. should give JUSTICE or Vilas Deshmukh must Resign.

Psecident Rule should be Imposed
by Nilratan on Nov 11, 2006 10:51 AM  Permalink
United Progessive Allience lead by the Vilasrao Deshmukh government failed to protect the disadvantaged section of the population throuout his tenure.Government failed to protect the minorities and deprived section of the society.CM and Deputy CM needs to take the onus of the masscre and should resign on morality grounds as they failed to protect the constitutional rights and natural rights of the individual and communiyt as a whole.

Government keeps bragging about the Ambedkar Fhule and Shalu's ideology. But they are just usingthe mask of these progressive ideolgies to hide their collective failure to ensure the rights , social justice of the minorities, and prtoecting the criminals.

Words are not suffice to condemn the brutal incidence carried out by the casteist and brahmanical manuwadies.I strongly condemn the brutal and henious caste perpetrators. This henious perpetration of the crime has added another blot to the "hindu civilization".

President rule needs to be imposed as state government misrebly failed to protect the rights and looking at detoriating law and order situation in the state.

Nilratan

Dalit Killings............
by O P Suman on Nov 10, 2006 12:36 PM  Permalink

If we want to have the slightest hope of eradicating castism, our civil communities must recognise wrong done to them. It's not enough to talk about the good things being done. You have to face what is bad, and use it to consider what is wrong. Evil must be faught so that it does not lead to intolerable problems. Determined action to be targeted to set us on the path of genuine reconcilation.
Castism as a cultural virus that, like a computer virus downloaded by RISHI MANU into the software of society corrupted almost all programs it encountered.
