It was supposed to be a no-brainer during second trial, and Manu Sharma should have been sentenced as soon as possible. Everybody knows there are credible witnesses and they were bought over by Mnau's fmaily. Also Manu's parents went to Jessica's house to feel sorry for the crime their Son had committed. I want to ask Mr. Jethmalani, for how much money did he promise to get Manu out of the jail. What can you expect from our lawyer turned MP turned lawyer as these professions are made for printing money.
With due respects to Mr Jethmalani and his "lawyers instinct", I wonder if he has been reading too much of Erle Stanley Gardner and about Perry Mason's exploits in the courtroom. I am sure he has read about "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED", so why is he attempting to delay justice? If he was convinced about his client's innocence then why did he wait so long to take up the case?
