India has forgotton to respect and value its women and is paying the price by being a weak fragile society. Now the law will only help to further weaken the social fabric as domestic problems will go to rotten government agencies for redressal. These kind of patch work and imposed solutions have been the reason why we have failed to evolve as a better society in last 55 years of political independence. After the pseudo-women-liberationists have ended their celebrations, and affets or in-effects of the law are visible, they should start thinking about what Ive written above.
Madam, It is good to make a law to protect woman and children from domestic violations. But what are the provisions made to prevent the mis use of this law.
One female/girl can mis use this law against her parents came under the influence of any outside person.
Any female can mis use this law against her husbund and inlaws for materiallistic gains or for the purpose of harrassing them.
A peaceful domestic atmosphere will change ( based on tolerence and compromise.
The divorces will increase and the childrens will be orphaned.
Is the Government is ready to take responsibility to accept the victims by this law?
Female black mailing can increase.
Can we understand that this law made against Males and to demolish the homely atmosphere? Could you please explain us that what provisions are made to prevent mis using this law? Can we expect an impartial justice from this law?
