Could a women file a case of domestic violence in a city where she had never lived with that man after marriage, But man is working in that particular town.
if the aggrieved woman is false and she give the case to harrase the respondant then what will happen? If the respondant is not guilty then what will happen? I think some kind of ammendment is necessary inthis Act for the respondants also. This Act is one sided Act. Only for the aggrieved. Now a days how many Domestic Violence Cases are true, most of them are fake. Womens are taking advantage of this Act. It is my request to the authority to do something that will help the both side i.e., respondent as-well-as aggrieved.

most of the domestic violence cases are fake ? which India are you living in my friend ? the numer of fake cases are not even close to the actual abuse going unreported and those who do take this step are doing so after a lot of thorough consideration. get out of your parent's home and see the real world, Domestic violence is very much there in our society and at every income level.
why cant the names of persons accused of domestic violence be put on the net so that anyone who wants to marry such people (second time after their divorce)can be warned!

Hi I am a journalist would like to help u if u could tell me where are u from. You could contact me on my M:9899207574
My maid gets frequently beaten up by her husband on one pretext or the other. When I finally persuaded her to go to the police to register a case against him she was told that her case would hold no water unless she falsely accuses him of dowry harassment or of forcing her to indulge in immoral acts. What should she do to get the police to act on her behalf?
