Things which need to be put on the non-discriminatory list
War against Terror:- Punish pakistan for promoting terrorist actives. Invade them just like Iraq/Vietnam. Bomb the madrassa which trained the british jihadis.
Nuclear Proliferation: Pakistan should be banned from access to technology and sanctions put on it for proliferating secrets to rogue nations (from USA's perspective). Stop selling weapons to them.
