It is just and proper for Medicos to heed to SC appeal and end strike, particularly the Court is now seized of the matter by virtue of a couple of petitions filed by public spirited citizens. However, a coordination committee of the doctors and other professionals who supported them should closely monitor the affidavit/reply being filed by the Government and make timely intervention to see that the Court is fully appraised of the whole gamet of the problem. Left to the politicians they have no scrupuls and will do anything to further their personal and party interests.
Indian Judiciary system do not have any rights to kill the right to stand if they cannot solve it.. It has been seen in numerous occasion that Judiciary system fail infront of Dirty Politics of Government. We all know Supreme Court has asked Explanation to the Goverment but if will not do any good. They will submit there report with some crapy explanation and forhence file will be closed. This Sucks and so Indialn Judicial System. Manmohan Singh says he cannot do anything on this issue as his hands are cuffed by the the Mutistack Parties who call himself as the chief of them. but frankly speeking it seems he looks like a pupet nothing more than that. PM has right to stand for Justice and take decision in favour of all comunity if a diversified manner which help all section of people, but he cannot do it since Sonia has not given him permission to do. I do not know whether he got permision from Sonia to meet Deligation of doctors or not as his statement after meeting them reflects the same "I cannot do anything on this issue. I am helpless" Really you are helpless Mr. PM.

And also the fact that only quota doctors treat the quota patients..
Let there be a fair game...
I never imagined the country to be devided like this on such a lowly cast system. I admonish the cast system myself, but there are better ways of dealing with it....Reservation only degrades the merit as against cast...nothing more than that...
And if i interpret it correctly, even the govt cannot do anything on the issue except answer the questions asked....?????otherwise i dont think the court has any right to stop the protests...can any legal person comment on this

I think this is time, government has to implement reservation policy for patients admission into hospitals.
