SC should control the govt officials and policis and nothe the people who are going to suffer beacuse of wrong govt. policy over reservation. SC should play the practical role in ordering the GOVT of India to implement reseravation for limited time (e.g. 5 yrs at the max....). Implementation of pesent proposed reservation is murder of Democracy...
Does indian constution and Law system follow this Rule ..." Every one is Equal In the Eyes of Law and Government " ...this is the statement written in the Cover Page of of Law Book and Constuttion , Let them follow that first , if every one is equal , why does they separte people in the name of cast , religion and Quota .. Let the law makers follow what they wrote , then they can command people .
I have read one article in Times of India that is stating that if reservation is against the doctor then very first they should come from the reservation holding for AIIMS student in their MS. so why doctors aremaking thismush of the things. it is final that they are going to impose it any. they why this doctors are doing strike. finally verdict came from SC also. i believe doctor should stop their agitation based on their cast. Even any one is coming toget this reservation they all deserve it as they all gone through all kind of taste what else you want from them.
SC says that protest should be called off because they do not care for government dicision at this point and care for patients? What is this? SC verdict is totally biased about people who wants to speak in public. If SC really care about patietns, then why not to stay for OBC Quota implementation. This is just an another way of saying that we will let government go ahead and let them change constitutions and have medical students suffer for coming years as well keep them fighting for their rights.
How come the supreme court never issues any warning against the coruption. It is concerned about the well being of those patiants(which is not wrong) but why is not concerned about the well being of people in Bihar and UP. Where was this court when Mandal-I came in and many people died.
Supreme Court has come to be yet another instrument in the hand of cong. government. It is pushing for the medicos to call of the strike as thousands of patients are at god's mercy. How about the Govt's move which puts hundreds of thousands students in the quota noose - forget a meaning worth future in India. S C's order stands clean off the 'hard labour' done by the students and 'merit achieved'by them. Why doesn't the court question the govt's abysmal performance in educating the ST/SC during the past six decades. How about educating them and then handing over their degrees. Satya-meva-Jayate - it will be courtesy strike by the 'Generals' (category).
Why govt need 8 weeks to give the report if it knows everything what it is going to implement?
Why only caste based reservation? Everybody should realize the importance of equality. Govt must enforce the rules for primary and secondary education. Unless this basic things giving a reservation in higher studies will spoil the entire nation. Many reservation people have an openion that they can get everything and they are not putting their efforts in education and in the industry(especially in Govt sector). Why a person needs reservation from birth to death? What did Indian Govt achived with caste based reservation in 60 years except fooling the nation for votes?
RESERVATION MUST BE BASED ON ECONOMIC STATUS.
I feel medicos should co-operate SC. Let us see what SC do for the better nation.
