My mother had embeded into me the thought that what ever you do or where ever you go, only your country is going to treat you like its own. I as a professional, though I do have numerous opportunities, decided not to go abroad because I thought the only place I would be treated as an equal was my contry. Alas, that does not seem to be true anymore. I have a young kid at house and I am made to think over and over again if my child would now be growing up in an environment that gives it an equal chance based up on her merit. I am increasing pushed to think that 'It will not'. And I am sure there are thousands like me who would be wondering about this. I guess I would rather move to a foreign land which would probably never treat me as an equal but give a fairer chance to my kid, than stay in a society that goes by what caste you were born in. I don't want her to hate her parents like I do mine to have given her birth in a family that is the so called 'Higher Class'
what else can congress do to this country, Britishers ruled by dividing , these congress has learnt the same from them and has been doing from past 59 yrs. shame on us as citizens we dont throw this govt permanently. 1.It doesn't want to educate rural people because if they come to know what actually congress has done to the nation it will not be in power again. 2. the poverty line since 59 yrs has only pulled more people beneath. 3.No social justice thru education; 4. A large population still live on one meal a day 5. Much of the villages no power, no drinking water 6. we are No 1 in IT , highest producer of wheat, rice sugarcane, coffee , cotton , steel, industry, large natural resources etc.
POLITICIANS ARE HERE ONLY TO MAKE FOOL OF A CLASS OF PEOPLE EVERY TIME - once it will be SC/ST next Backward casts now it is Backward community. Next who is in waiting I don't know.
No doubt that the protestors from AIIMS are doing a great job, but inspite of all the protests, emails and everything, the government HAS passed the order that the Bill would be passed in the Monsoon session of the parliament.
What can be done now? This is not fair and we should not let it pass through. Some nut politians cannot take decisions like these and get away with it.
People have the right to information. Thanx to the media for providing that information, but dont predict things to the extreme and give ideas to some crazy people in our country.
