This racial divide going to let the India down. Power lust is worst at this point and perhaps waiting for the biggest blood bath to happen.

Upper caste people are more weaker than the lower caste in India. Simply because, they learnt no skill of hardwork and really are dependent on the others now getting into all shorts of power. Lower caste people are more united and even financially stronger than upper caste people which has gone down morally in every respect.
Brahmin Pujari usually a bagger is almost at the bottom of the powerty. They waste time in ringing bells of goodwill for whom? Had they not bright untouchability to their minds, and worked hard for survival, they should have been different today.
This type of democracy, may not last long, if people become hungry of blood of each other. Who will protect those who have written sudden death for others?
The word caste should not be part of Indian constitution else it is a racial constitution for sure and designed to suit racist people.
dear all, the great bharatiya MIDDLE class deserves this..........when the NDA govenmrnt led by Shri.Vajpayee was doing so well we middle class didnot felt the need to go out and vote.......if we donot vote the Muslims, Christians et al will vote for Sonia Gandhi who will then ensure roman empire and division of Hindu's in to SC, ST, NT BT, CT, FC, use all alphabets....with suffic T and C.

Reservation is a successful attempt to divert our concern from the plight of primary education to caste politics. It seems that Mr.Arjun Singh is not at all bothered about the conditions of our primary schools in rural areas and tribal belt. Lots of articles have been written in national newspapers, magazines and journals regarding the conditions of primary schools. Many projects have been carried out evaluating Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and Mid day meal. We all know that the programmes are not serving its' function because government has kept a dumb ear. Is it because primary school children are not eligible to cast votes? they don't contribute to their vote bank? Is not implementation of reservation is attempt to polarise a particular section of population from one political party to another? Please, help deprived one to evolve , not to walk with cruchtes.
india is known for its diversity..human rights organistion every where are asking for the compensation for something wrong done to the society.reservation is basically the compensation for the historical wrongs..those who are opposing the reservation are basically anti human rights.
These dirty politicians say that they want to build CASTELESS SOCIETY but at the same time they are dividing the country using reservation bogey like britishers did. If government of India follow reservation then all temples in the country should allow or disallow based on caste. Manmohan singh is an idiot sitting the helm of affairs.
This is the most foolish attemp ever by any indian government. The idea of education is to generate knowledge. Reservation will definitely finish the quality of the education in the country which is know for its best technical graduates in western worlds.

In my opinion, India has to grow beyond the cast, religion and region politics and differences if it has to be world power in the next decade. It is a fact that only Brahmins and upper class can not have luxury to be our lords making the 70% lower class their sweet makers. Indian government has to device a scheme where all poors and middle class gets more educational help and facilities and let them to climb their ladders at same level with all others. A less talent and half educated engineer, doctor or scientist is not going to help himself or India.
This is a totally one sided argument that quota will create a devide. Reservations are already in almost all state level colleges. Now government is trying to make the same in central institutions.
I appreciate, the Prime minister has foreseen the division of India to secure justice for the deprived. It is also not denied that the absence of reservation to ensure social justice will cause irreparable loss to the Hinduism and other religions within its fold. It is the reservation which keeps the downtrodden communities, triblas, backward classes etc within the fold of Hinduism otherwise no one will tolerate the hate and dicriminations for his being in fourth Varna any more. Among Hindus, there are only 15% upper castes and 85% lower castes and backward classes bearing discriminations for centuries. There will be big exodus from Hinduism, demolishing its total structure. Upper Castes may think seriously upon it.
