as long as their is no criteria to vote in this country policies will b decided on which way a vote bank will b created.no wonder after slums rehab its reservations.its high time we realised that many lives were lost in fighting the britishers for independence.the same has to b done today fight these black/coloured britishers
I had seen this agitation in 1990 (mandal report time) and then i had just joined MBBS.Now after 15 years after having done Rural service as MO and doing PG after severe competition with bare improvement in infrastructure,i really have nothing more to say than a HUMBLE request to the PM and PRESIDENT of India to intervene and prevent this ruining our FUTURE.
At present i am in UK and am seeing where exactly we lag behind,inspite of beein the knowledge superpower,our country brings our head down in shame with all these reasons.How can our Politicians can be so insensitive and SHORT SIGHTED?
Well what can be more shameful when India is emerging as a global leader? The world is looking up to us as potential for quality professional, and how are we responding to it. Increasing the reservations in quality institutions to 51%. What will an average middle class student do? Today you need to be rich or from low caste to get quality education. Where are we leading to?
I request to the government come out of dirty politics and remove all reservations and there should be only one reservation for Economic Backward students.
Hope someone will listen to so many raising voices, or we should join in support of our Delhi doctor friend's.
Its ridiculous to use this much force against the striking people. Both Haryana and Delhi police are behaving like that during protest march. Ofcourse India is a democratic country and marching is a democratic way of representation of dislike towards anything they do. It should not be treated like this. Police should concentrate on real culprits in the shadow of politics and stop illtreating public.
We are the largest democracy of world. Here students whod want to meet PM are so treated by police. Is it freedom of people or freedom of police. Can we not lodge our protest to the PM. He is elected by us n now he has become unreachable. We are students, future n present of India. No body can stop us. We also protested against quota politics in our district n get the same treatment from police. What the hell do they want to do. Can the goverment force rule on us and not ever let us protest. Then what is democracy. Is it only for writing on papers n saying during speechs. Ask the PM if he himself would like to be treated by a docter who is doctor because he belongs to some reserved cagegory. Then how would we like. So just stop this all.

And what Govt is doing in Delhi and Bombay is not right.... you want to help OBC`s give them education FREE BUT for the JOB they must prove themself No compromise here or else as you said this country will go to Dogs.
