Real democratic victory means all must vote. The Election Commission will have the details of persons who have not voted. They must collect Rs.5000/- from each such person who had not exercised their vote as penalty. If it is implemented then there will be 100% polling. Moreover all parties must focus only on providing employment opportunities rather than giving freebies at the cost of tax payers. They make the people lazy by giving everything free just to gain power. Minimum qualification to vote must be 10th Standard. i.e. they must force the citizens to be 100% literate. Ms.Jayalalitha must be really admired for her boldness and actions taken against Government Servantsduring strike as well as in controlling Rowdyism. Chidambaram & co. proclaiming to bring Kamaraj Rule atlast brought Kalainger Rule which is a shame for Congress. Kamaraj died with just Less than Rs.200/- as his wealth. But the loyal supporters of Congress are minting money and say they support for the development of public. Whatever party forms the government must have a 60 point programme and must execute one point or plan everymonth therebcompleting 60 plans in 5 yr period.
