It is not worth to come to any conclusion at the moment. The cause behind such acts should get documented and studied, the pscyscrists are best to judge, it is not that someone will immediately get benefit of that.
Possibily we can get some indications of finding out the criminals before they actually do any crime, by studying such case.
Possibly this will be a similar but different case as that of 'Nathuram Godse and Mahatma Gandhi'

By that we will be able to know what exactly is the defination of Justice from the judical system perspective.
