Feel sad at the way the Bachchan name is getting dragged in mud. Amitabh has always been seen as a person who, whether his career was on top or in a 'cesspool', always maintained a quorum of dignity. Sad to note that due to the ambitions of Jaya, who was always put on the same high pedestal, today they have to go through these tiring times. Hope like Amitabh did in the 90's, she also realizes the pitfalls of Politics and moves out of it. The Amar Singhs of the world are only using them to bask in the reflected glory.
I feel that the article is a bit far fetched with regard to the all around fall out on the Congress by the action of one of their party worker. Looks like the sympathies of the writer are with the SP.
Aditi has taken very theoretical approach and it cant be supported. Jaya is nothing in politics.Things r changing fast in UP.Mulayam knows it. Amar Singh knows it. duo dont leave any chance to increase rift between Bachchan & Gandhi family.They r the reason why Sonia dumped Bachchan couple few years ago. u cant have people like amar+mulayam and sonia in one side.Samajwadi party plays very stupid kind of politics based on caste and religon which congress cnt even think rest alone for practise. Take away muslim votes from Mulayam & he is reduced to max 10 MP and 110 MLAs and this is what going to happen in next 1-2 years. Mulayam knows it & thus attack on Sonia more n more under the excuse of Jaya, CD scandle etc. Mulayam's fort is becoming weak& those who dont know politics of UP can say that he will gain strength. He is gone case. Not that its against Mulayam. But its reality of politics. BJP is nopt going to sell grains. They have also eye over UP.They have to refine their position. UPian voter is also tired of caste based politics. Muslims too want progress and Mulayam cant give them progress. so SP has to go. Atleast atpresent scenario is hinting this. rest time will tell
