Rath Yatra by Mr. L K Advani
by Narender Singh on Mar 09, 2006 12:12 PM  Permalink

It is high time our politicians stop taking political mileage from terrorist acts which invariably involve the lives of innocent citizens. Mr. Advani will do a great service to the country if he takes his Rath Yatra to Pakistan and pray at the mazar of Mr. Jinnah (He knows the place too well by now)to give Pakistani rulers good sense that terrorism is a double edged weapon and one day it will swallow them all. India is too large a country to get cowed down by such dastardly acts.
Mr. Advani did not think it proper to take out a rath yatra when all the accused in Best Bakery and Jessica Lal murder cases were let off. Our politicians are vote hungry. They have nothing to do with the country or its citizens, otherwise. As the leader of the opposition, why Mr. Advani did not rush to the blast site at Varanasi as was done by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. Perhaps the risk to his own dear life was too great.

Advaniji's effort will not work out because so called secularists lalu and antanymaina create some banerjee or chatterjee commission and issue a report these incidents are just an accident (some blasts are occured in railway tracks) so they changes this issue also like godhra so no actions taken by centralgovernment all are eyewash.

by Kiran Chokshi on Mar 08, 2006 07:30 PM  Permalink

Its shame on Advani. He is trying to gain political mileage out of it. I would say, he is nothing but oppportunist and wants to become PM.

Advani to launch another yatra

What is it with these idiots about going on 'yatras'? It's a total waste of manpower, time and money which could be spent more constructive to ameliorate the daily sufferings of the poor such as clearing up litter and garbage, for starters. Are all Indians fooled by such foolishness all the time?

Can somebody convince this guy not ot waste much valued fuel by organising another rath yatra.... Atal ji why dont you interfere and make this guy understand that the country needs a good opposition who can take up the issues in better way and not by organising rath yatra at this moment...please please please dont play with the sentiments of aam janta..we have already lost a lot....let take the country towards growth path.....let India actually shine ( not only on the billboards )
