WHY BUSH WAS FROSRY IN PAKISTAN?
by alexander on Mar 06, 2006 03:31 PM  Permalink

An interesting and revealing analysis. The author deserves much appreciation for his insight. However, the question is what now for the troubled tribal region of North Waziristan and what are the implications for the cross border terror in J&K?

Musharraf's turn
by Nagu on Mar 06, 2006 03:29 PM  Permalink

Well, Mush'ff has or is still learning some lessons, but he must be a very confused person today because its truely affecting his personal as well as his professional life. He must resign and allocate the work who is neutral, means he is thinking on grounds of Pak's and also US if they really want to depend upon US. By doing so, Mus'ff can see that his seccessor may follow him or not but is doing some justice to Pak's people. Now why a man with his own army should be bothered with some country that is sitting about seven seas apart........

At the CrossRoad
by Martin on Mar 06, 2006 03:23 PM  Permalink

President Mush is sandwiched between his Local Politics and International Politics of Mr.Bush. He is really in a fix, he has some good intension of helping out India & even the USA in fight against terrorist. But the Local Jihadis are not allowing him to go about with his good intentions. He too wants to do something different and get a good image Locally and also internationally. But God should help him out to take the right road from the cross road he is standing now.

Excellent article !
by Dinesh Raut on Mar 06, 2006 03:12 PM  Permalink

But, message for India is guard your borders.
An unstable neighbour is a signal toward hostility.
India should never compromise on Kashmir, can you imagine what would happen if this crap comes even closer to India.

Message for Bush & Co. is obvious, any support to any kind of fundamentalism, dictatorship would be short-sited ness. Finally US has realised the importance of making stratigic, stable and democratic frinds.
