Since when did the baloons hand held by children be obstructive to flights of helicopters? And to ban the freedom of expression in a democracy for a person masquerading as champion of democracy? I am sure that neither Bush nor most of the investors into the city of Hyderabad care about such protests. But the beauracrats use the word "security" not for Bush but for the "security" of their cuts should a stray paranoid investor choose not to invest.
