When the country in question is not ours, the people in question are not pro or anti indian (LTTE was never opposed to India till IPKF entered there), we should simply ensure that we can diplomatically be aligned with either side. The people, who commited this act have been bought to justice as per the indian law, and that too in indian courts. That is all that should matter. On the other hand we should strive to ensure that no indian is harmed on foreign soil either.
