by dharmendra goel on Jun 27, 2006 09:28 AM  Permalink

Panchkula June27,2006
I have read Senator Dragon's reservations about Indo-US
Treatynow in the congress for ratification. It reveals thefears of many democratic legislators, about India's
Nuclear weapons as well as her cag theirgpacity to control
them from falling in the hands of terrorists, who are
increasint.g their clout in the subcontinent.Of course
additionally US and Pakistanis too do not india's special
understanding....India should not be too hopeful. She
has to be wary of such congessional Paki-Lobbyists hostile to Indian's rise as major regional power-D. Goel

what non-sense
by ashish sinha on Jun 27, 2006 08:05 AM  Permalink

what is he talking of ?

the nuclear deal is for civilian purpose and all the eggs that we get from US shall be kept in the same "civilian" basket... so why does this man from america worry about.

we could still produce fissile materials for our weapons program... u give us the deal or not.. thats our prerogative, we can only assure you that we r not going to use your technology and fissile material given by u to do that.

makes sense ?

Nuclear deal
by nrazdan on Jun 27, 2006 06:49 AM  Permalink

I don\\\\\\\'t know what the heck is the senator talking about. Calling India a terrorist state? Or that India is responsible for spreading the nuclear technology in Iran, Libya, and North Korea? It is his blood brother Pakistan that did it. May be if he try to philibuster this, then next time he should not be elected

Don't Trust USA
by Freddy on Jun 26, 2006 08:31 PM  Permalink

India has enough experts to design and develop anything possible in the UNIVERSE. Instead of relying on USA, Indian Government and Private organization should hire experts and pay well to do R&D and develop environment friendly alternate methods to generate power. Don't waste ur precious Time to beg with a cunning, untrust worthy Americans.

Stop Indo-US neuclear deal
by S Brian on Jun 26, 2006 07:40 PM  Permalink

It is not at all surprising to note blind lawmakers
in US legislation body eats from the hand of those
who are against close Indo-US releation.Senator Dorgan
need be reminded that INDIA still will survive with
honour under true democratic socio economic growth
and safeguard her national geographical topography with wharever technology it require.India is true and
functioning democracy not like Mr Dorgan,s patron in our next door.Mr Dorgan was perhaps having a good and
pleasent seasta when Mr Q.Khan was clandenstinely
under the cover of silent Govt.support exporting nuclear technology to Iran.Libia,North Korea and who
knows to where else.Indias non proliferation history
is perhaps better than USA although India never signed
discreminatory NPT.Mr Dorgan inspite of you India is
going to be one of the most powerful economy with the
knowledge band of half a bilion man power and open
market.Mr Dorgan is free to sleep under the cover of
self belief that his effort of denying India her most needed energy power will restrict Indias growth.Mr Dorgan or no Dorgan India will achieve her needed
energy and move on growth when men like Dorgan will
look stupid.

This guy must be a Al Qaida agent
by Sreenivasan Raju Aiyer on Jun 26, 2006 07:06 PM  Permalink

Unfortunately it seems all the vital institutions of the United States has also been infiltrated by communist dogs whose one point programme is to sabotage friendly relations between India and the US. Most of them are on the payrolls of the Pakistani intelligence ISI which has loads of drugs trade foreign currency. This democrat senator, no wonder, must be a Pakistani-Talibani-Al Qaeda agent out to sabotage N-deal of the Century! Let him try, there is no harm. God Willing, in spite of renagades like him, the deal will be through!
