The military and 'security forces' are run by a bunch of brainless bungling idiots, lacking vision, imagination and the ability to think outside the box. Kargil is a prime example of their mind-boggling ineptitude and incompetence. No wonder the terrorists have been able to operate at will, with complete impunity. Worse yet, the buffoons running this god-awful backward nation are totally clueless about everything security related - worse even than that pompous, arrogant idiot Nehru.
