If everything is going to be perfect like the so called developed countries, then we would also be bothering about ruling the other countries... just like what the developed countries are doing.
Thank god that we are not committing that sin as we have internal issues to take care and our authorities and politicians are taking care of it...

tat was one of the most irrational n escapist remarks i ve ever come across.. -india may not have, as of now joined the neo-imperial forces, but within the country, u'll find both the exploiters n the exploited.. - 'india is india'..so what u mean is that india's usp lies in its powercuts, corruption, redtapism, mismanagement, et al..in assuming so, you are only trying to justify the poor state of affairs here. i do understand that you feel very strongly for the nation, but covering up its shortcomings will only delay the possible formulation of solutions..tat will be a greater disservice to the country.. -developed countries are not perfect as u again erroneously assume.. -internal issues-will your idea of these include gujarat riots, farmer suicides, political apathy, caste discrimination, mass malnutrition (at a time when we are a major exporter of rice and wheat)???well, if they do, then dear ram , how are these devoid of sin??
great changes unfold only with the prior recognition of the need for change..lets not roll over the ball of blame onto the court of others..instead we need to identify and accept our weaknesses and work upon amendments.
it is a fantastic article given by a third person who does not belong to india but inspite of all the drawbacks he wanna be with indians the facts given by the writer are very true but as an indian what i can say is "jab jaago tabhee savera" means the morning starts when one gets up................ so it is never too late to start any thing positive.. and one thing is for shure that indians have got that ability to any thing and create trendsetters..... so it is never too late and we can & we will rectify these draw backs. thanking you
Yes, I do agree with the points what has been mentioned against India, but yes there is a hope that surely India will change its aspect and tradition and all the odd practices.
The writer has given his opinion abbout the politician, currupt and the system. The India's image is from the angle of NRI, who had the fruts of not of India but the so called west. The politics inherited from the west, devide and rule the phylosiphy of English hence the systen failure not the Indian. The India's potential is now being recognise by all over the world. Please have the courrage to appreciate the goods also. What ever the India, the Indian had given to the world is unimagiable, like The numbers, astronomy , peace, culture, tastees of fruits, yoga tolerence, sacrifice, love regard, relations, the family and the universal brotherhood. PL see and realise.
The Fort you mention was not occupied by Rajaji, but by Raja Tej Singh. Its name is Gingee Fort. The only fort 'occupied' by Rajaji was Fort St.George in Chennai, where he functioned as Chief Minister of the then Madras State. KS Ramakrishnan
