Supreme Court, the elite court of India where people go for Justice, gives the hearing in favour of a community, which does no good to other communities. Supreme court asks anti-reservationists to stop everything or face consequences. Am i in Pakistan?? What good is the SC or the Govt doing in ruling all these anti-hindu, anti-forward caste policies and decisions? The other day some leaders ask people of their community not to recite Vandemataram. Common VANDEMATARAM is bigger than god. Where is India heading?What is the govt. doing? Democracy doesnot mean everybody has a right to frame their own rules but means make a rule and follow it religiously throught consensus. Every next day a new decision is taken which hurts the interest of other community and largely the majority community. No political party has the right to take away the rights of other communities and caste. If a person from a community or a caste is capable enough let them compete. Provide infrastructure rather than free electricity just for vote bank. Developing infrastructure is the key to the development of country but not caste and community based decisions and politics. Is SC and govt. Hearing????
I believe, Nation wide, there should be a equality in education policy irrespective of cast and creed. If Urdu speaking students are seeking a higher education in Urdu Language, they can have CET in Urdu as long as level of CET stays same as others. If Urdu speaking student seeking a higher education in other languages such as English in most cases, then what is a point in having a Separate CET? Overall, as per constitution, I can see, this an intrusion of court in governments policymaking rights, after all, court is not mandated by people to make policies
What crap!!!! Is there Islamic maths or Islamic Physics? Will graduated from these intituites only be qualified to work in Islamic jobs in Islamic Firms doing Islamic business? Then Christian Institutes can establish their own Christian CET, and Sikhs ones, Hindu ones, Buddhist ones, Jain ones? And what about Animists, can they have their own Animist CET also? The nitwit SC justices of this land are more corrupt and politicized than any other branch of govt - how can just two justices pass such a judgement, and not the whole SC body. In the US it requires the entire SC body - all nine justices, unless one recuses oneself due to actual or percieved conflict of interest, to pass a judgement. No wonder India is so misgoverned and ungovernable - the courts are more corrupt than the netas when it comes to destroying the 'secular' constitution for political purposes. India is a sham democracy!
I don't know the problem of the people Like sumi. If they don't like Muslims they shall tell that openly. If they feel they are paying for Muslims reservation, I appeal to SC to not to give burden to Hindus for Muslims, haj, reservations etc. and not to tax muslims for sc,st reservations. Amarnath yatras etc, maintenance of variuos Hindu mandirs etc. Moreover they foriegn amoney coming from muslims countries due to muslims workers shall not go to Hindus, Mislims money shall not go for Hindu Hospitals etc. Even the money coming from Tajmahal, Qutub Minar, heritage og Lucknow, hyderabad and Mysore shall go only to muslims. If hindu's are feeling the burden of muslims. What about lives of sumi's forefathers who remained alive for 1000 muslims years and muslims have taken there burden so they they can give such comments today.

Whenever there is an injustice done by Govt. or individual, if it is not solved in local / reconcilation level, people are always expecting Indian Courts / Supreme Courts to give a non-partisan and lawful justie to the affected people. But that hopes are also vanishing from the recent verdicts given by some courts even Supreme Court of India. It appears that the circle is now clearing and it indicates that if people wanted to get justice, they should do it themselves and not goes to court or other reconciliating authorities. Where are we going?
This stand of the court makes it clear that the muslims can have their own costitution and probably their own parliament too!!!
If that is so ,they should be barred from the CET of the goverment-it's totally unfair that a community gets all the benefit under the "minority" banner and others are made to pay for their education.
Shame on the Indian government and the judicial system.
