as far as i am concern, rakhi sawant is firstly guilty because she stood besides mikhasingh while cutting the cake and kissed him first and given a chance to him to do further and according to his desire he also kissed in his manner which is not guilty. so i feel rakhi shud be penalized with a punishment forever that she will not come in such a attractive dresses which may cause her trouble and that she has to accept whatever happens during the programme as she herself is encouraging people to do so. secondly she doesn\'t have discipline in her behaviour and speech also that will positively affects her career. so ask her to such type of activities. i personally advise her not to approach anywhere for this victim or otherwise she will be nowhere on this musical platform.

Well, jokes aside, I strongly believe that the first impression to a person's character is the way he or she dresses and behaves in public.
A person like Rakhi Sawant, who strips at the drop of a hat, doesnt really set a good example of her character. She doesnt care how offensive some of her songs are, and the effects it can have on the young children of our country. Celebrities/Media personalities have added responsbility of ensuring good moral values since a lot of people look up to them.
The courts/police must keep this in mind while dealing with the case.
Rakhi whatever done in movies aur she is item girl and all but, she shouting and telling that Mica call her on her birthday and he kissed her front of the people he done very bad that he done like this with her only today she came front of the media and telling the things. Kudos to Rakhi Sawant for filing a police complaint. its time that attitudes changed. If a girl is attending a party or dressed in western outfits, it doesnt mean she is available.
