Sir, You have suggested an excellent Mechanism. No more words to describe it. I see a ray of hope in this article. But honest and genuine efforts are required to be invested. As you have stated there is no Mahatma among us, so it will be left for the politicians to implement this System. But I doubt their willing ness to loose their vote banks. Lets see who is going to be the next Mahatma for India, and when are we going to win the Second war of Independence. May god bless our Politicians with feeling of patriotism and nationality. oN THE SAME ANALOGY, A 100% RESERVATION WILL SURELY MISS BOTH THE TARGET AND THE CITY AND GO BLAST AN UNSUSPECTING, INNOCENT CELESTIAL ENTITY IN SPACE! WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? THE ONLY AND BEST SOLUTION IS TO DO OUR INDIVIDUAL BEST TO HELP UPLIFTMENT OF THE UNDER-PRIVILEGED AND POOR. THEORIES AND DISSERTATIONS ARE GOOD FOR SHOW-CASES IN UNIVERSITIES NOT FOR REAL CHANGES IN A REAL SOCIETY.
