Such things are carried out by outsiders from Pak, Bangladesh who have been living in India without resctrictions. The ID card should be issued for Indian citizens, strict punishment should be implemented for infiltrators/ unauthorised citizens and against the citizens giving them shelter including local police. This is the time now, for Indian people to insist upon the govt. to stop vote bank politics and implement the POTA by demonstrations, stopping the work, protests, deafiting the existing govt. in elections, by coming forward together and calling for toal BANDH till POTA is implemented completely. Outsiders should be sent back, Intelligent dept. should be asked to do there job and not just enjoying in leisure and people's tax money. They should be provided with latest equipment etc. The DATA bank of Indian citizens should be developed, common law for all Indian citizens, restrictions on having not more tham 2 children in a family. There will not be any concession in rationing, admissions etc., putting more tax or penalty if someone have more tham 2 children in a family.
