injury?
by Payal Sanghvi on Jul 30, 2006 11:54 PM  Permalink

what about the injuries suffered by the young man? besides trauma, a fall into a 51 feet deep borewell cannot be sustained without injuries. how come the media is quiet on that issue? or are we a witness to a miracle?

While congratulating the Army Persons For their thoughtful saving tactics, the Authority who dug the Borewell needs to be punished for their carelessness and their failure for not providing the safety for the pedestrians

BRAVE KID ! !
by Vinod Tuli on Jul 25, 2006 08:39 PM  Permalink

My hats off to 5-year-old kid 'PRINCE who could withstand the trauma for 50 hours at a stretch. As a Para - military officer I would not hesitate to say and I am proud of our Indian Army along with which I have served for over a decade including the Indo-Pak War of 1971. Where civil administration takes its own time to assess and respond to emergencies, it is only the Defence and Para Military Forces who deliver the goods. Keep up Indian Army and General JJ Singh - 'give a personal pat' to the brave soldiers who rescued the helpless child. Politicians should not be allowed to bake their cakes under such situations as was mentioned many a TV channel during the long drawn exercise - finished to the core. VINOD TULI , Noida UP
