Dear Sir It definitely looks to me that Mr.Richard A Boucher was speaking as if he is the Foreign & Defence Minister of Pakistan. So naturally he heartily reacts to sale of F-16 to Pakinstan by usa. He knows & almost everybody in media knows that it was not A Q Khan we leaked/soled nuclear strtigic information to other evil states. He cannot do it all alone. The then Govt. of Pakistan was in full command of sale/leaking of such vital information to other irresponsible states. Aid, free or at cost given to Pakistan since sad event of 9/11 is used for fostering the terrorists groups/camps in working in tha country in killing the inocent peope in India. And nobody on earth should forget that this not unknown to USA. This is allowed by USA because USA has vial interest in getting hold/stage in Kashmir to keep eye on entire Central Asia. This is clear from the reaction of ambassedor of USA to India in respect of 7/11 bomb blasts in Mumbai. My reaction/reflaction on Boucher's pleadings for sale of F-16 may not be liked by you but I feel very sentimental about USA's unfair attitudes towards India. Thanks C H Bhatt
