I disagree with Chandran.
Now-a-days, Misuse of 498A is fashion and not to victimise him and take political revenge.
now-a-day, marriage has become and ENTRAINMENT for woman(and her parents) and BIG HELL/Punishment for MEN(his relatives)....
No Big Deal... Misuse of 498A is very common now. Every knows it but no one speak against it.
