Hi,

Yeah, Geocities is blocked both from Airtel as well as BSNL networks. It is not sure whether this is a handiwork of some other agency or of these ISPs.

Blog Blocking SUCKS!
by shruti on Jul 18, 2006 10:04 AM  Permalink

Are these guys nuts? Why do they have to screw up good things that happen in India?

Blogs are meant to help voice our opinion. It is not for the readers to agree with the blog writers, but it\\\'s paves the way for discussions, information and spreading awareness.

THIS SUCKS! It\\\'s because of technology that India has progressed and these guys want to curtail even that?

We have to do something!

blogspot
by Kaushik on Jul 18, 2006 09:47 AM  Permalink

after reading this article, i discovered to my horror that blogs on blogspot are indeed inaccessible! instead of trying to hound out the perpetrators of genocide, the guns of these hare-brained individuals are now trained on those who are the softest targets in every way. let's raise our voice against such mindless censorship and show them what "people power" is all about.

Injustice
by Vinodh VasanthKumar. N on Jul 18, 2006 08:32 AM  Permalink

Instead of finding ways to stop illegal activities, authorities have taken a ineffective path which shows their Ineffieciency.

This is not China!! To adopt their method.

We still have freedom of expression with legal bound. And this act is taking our basic right. I dont know what sort of democracy we are in.
