What is the use of having cell phone when it is not useful in emergency situation. The subscribers should stop paying the bills for this month. The government should punish the cell opertors. They say it is jammed because lot of people used at the same time. They should have sent sms imediately bout the sitution. They failed during 26/7 and 11/7 also.It never happens anywhere. These people taken us for granted.How come from 9pm onards it starts working properly. That time very limited people used the phones or what?
