You should try to think y it is so. People worldover are seeing a bearded and turbaned man as a terrorist or their henchman. The reason being 70%-90% of the innocents on this planet are killed by islamic terrorists, well ofcourse its wrong to say islamic terrorists since they are murderers under the name of religion. Any religion is innocent. However the problem is the muslim society is not doing much to stop the muslim youth from straying into so called Jehad. I think its time that the moderate muslim community does something emphatic to show that they too exist, or else there will be dangerous consequences. A human can tolerate only till an extent. Through this medium I'd like to request the muslim community to take it seriously and do something before the rivers turn red.
I do agree that muslims are blamed, but in my veiw other people fight for povety, jobs, freedom but muslims fight for religion not for any cause, if they are fighting for corruption, injustise even i will support them. If your are killing innocent people for religion then you are terrorist. keep religion at home. work for welfare of society and country where you live. Make it a better place for children to live.
Its true that todays common muslim is in fear.many muslims have also lost their lifes in the blast and it is completely wrong to say that the bombs were targeted at hindus no the bombs were targeted at common indians.i hate this terroist as much any other indian.who are this alqaeeda to decide about indian muslims we are quite intelligent and we know what is good and bad for us.i totally agree that the goverment and press should name the organisation involved rather then taking the communities name.last but not the least the goverment should promote harmony by giving better jobs in police to muslims and trusting them as all muslims are not terrorist and we have people like irfan pathan, sania mirza and others who have made india proud in world of sports. It is our duty to tell our kids that the next person sitting next to him is an indian and not a muslim, hindu or christian. The goverment should straight way abolish the practice where the parents of the kids have to mention the kids religion on the admission form, why is it not enough that he is an indian?we are saying innocent kids the kid sitting next to u is diffrent than you by this practice......

If Hindu terrorism/extremism does not exists, then what abt the Gujarat episode where entire state govt. went on targetting Muslims. If Hindus call themselves Indians, did anyone condemn such incidents. Only a small percentage. Then I would say the same for them too. Terrorism has no religion it is only the media which is in the hands of certain people Muslims as terrorists.
Now this is getting out of hand. Hindu Terrorism. There is no such a thing. The muslims in India, by and large, have never shown solidarity with the indian nation. There were never protests on Kashmiri pundits killing or anything that happens in Kashmir. They have never openly told Pakistan to keep out of India. They have always viewed themselves as aliens to India and a minority but never taken responsibility for the country as such. Yes it is a difficult task but there should be a starting point somewhere. They cannot be giving the excuse of being poor and uneducated. There so many muslim organizations which protest on Ayodhya or something like and seem to have funds to organize bunds etc, but they are not doing anything for the common muslim. Anywhere in the world when a bombs goes off or there is civil unrest, one side is always islam. Why is that. Now muslims in India enjoy rights that muslims cannot enjoy in Islam nations but still are critical of everything that is being done, do not accept Uniform Civil Law etc. Such thing definitely alienates them from the mainstream. Hinduism is perhaps the only secular religion left and it is being tested to its breaking point now.

Why is rediff.com instigating communal differences by publishing articles like these??? You guys are deliberately creating a new angle to it and make people fight. If you cannot maintain standards of neutrality, at least do not stir the hornet's nest at this time of crisis...Media should be constructive and not provocative/destructive....
Fact of the matter is that the COMMON Indian man is scared at the moment and not anybody else.
The common Indian man who is the only breadwinner in his family...the man who travels using these local trains and the man whose voice never gets heard. This man has no religion...His religion is "making sure his family doesnt sleep empty-stomach and his children get the correct education"
when such a man dies in such terrorists acts, its their family that is scared.
Stop glorifying certain sects of society and/or religions. It is articles like these that are more provocative than anything else.
