It is not true that every terrorist activity is done by a muslim. Muslim is a person who prays god following the islamic practices, it has nothing to do with the attacks. Terrorism is a different thing, terrorists have no religion, no god and no human feeling. People want to divide indians in the name of religion. We are diverse but we are unite and we will finish the terrorism together.
The fear that prevails among the muslim community is to some extent based on reality and to some extent on imagined consequences of being different from the majority of the people. No body can deny the freedom they have been given in this country inspite of being a minority. they have the freedom to run their own educational institutions or other instuitions for welfare of their community. Do muslim countries give such freedom to their residents belonging to other religions. the country has not imposed uniform civil code on them. they are free to follow their own law. at the same time the severe punishment imposed in other muslim countries for serious offences is not imposed on the guilty belonging to the muslim community. Hindu society is very tolerant. History records invasions by various muslim rulers in the past . but the country has never harboured any kind of hatred. the majority community does not criticize or ridicule the tenets of other religions. but most of the minority community look down on the other religions. but it is human to forget all the liberty that is given and only rant against some minor lapses.
This is typical irresponsible "secular" reporting. Another question you may consider asking: Why is the common Parsi, Sikh, Jew, Buddhist not scared?
Do you have the guts to write an article why the Hindu is scared? 5 examples below:
1. Of being blown up by bombs that "mysteriously" turn up in public areas or hindu dominated ones (temples, markets during hindu festivals) ?
2. Of being reliably certain, that those who murdered his loved ones (via bombs etc.) will never get caught because they happen to be from a "minority community"?
3. Of systematic butchery of his brethren in his own country and in neigbouring states, against which the government does nothing?
3. That 400,000 of his swa-dharmis (Kashmiri Pandits) are refugees in the only country that is their own? All because the government does not have the guts to kick out a few "minority" intruders?
4. That his temples and religious institutions can be subverted and confiscated by the government, while mosques and churches are left pristine and untouched? Or worse, demolished.
More than enough reasons why the common hindu -- myself included, is scared.
Dear Friends, I do not know of any personal feeling of being Muslim. I never felt that I am a part of society where laws changes looking into one's religion. At times I realised it is hard to get things done when u r muslim. Believe me this man has touched the right notes of being muslim and in general muslim feelings. I am too young to say much but I know there are people who all are deeply concerned and can really make things happen. Can I ask our so called authorities and other power players if they have time to understand the necessary means or action to curve this year long situation? Since this is a clear picture so a clear strategy can be made. I believ if we act in an unified mode and curb this feeling of general muslims then it will be a shock to terrorism. And mind my words this shock can only uproot this terror effect.

Faisal , I don't know how old you are but you indeed are very mature! Youth of this country is more aware , get together with your non muslim friends and start a movement ,spread the right message across. Tell your friends that Islam deserves the respect in our country afterall it is a very protective religion(protective of human rights) .
Yes ,you were right that's the only way we can give a shock to evil minded terrorists! Once this terrorism is done away with ,lives of muslims in these countries will improve. Hatered and Injustice towareds any community is NOT PARDONABLE!
The reason most police start looking at Muslims as terrorists is bcoz of widespread international terrorism who have often based their fight on religion and not any other identity like the tamils or the basques.
That though is no justification for whats happening. What has all this lead to is ppl grouping up and livng together based on religious communities.
irrespective of mumbai, hyd ,delhi or lucknow we would always find a muslim area and never a christian area unless u r in cochin.
This means u dont trust ppl of the other religion so well.
What we need from our leaders is not a blame game or a national hindu terrorist like modi but somebody who can by vision lead this nation into progress but anarchy and a nation where we can live side by side.
It is diversity that has always helped us sustain.
Indians tho have always been betrayed by fellow countrymen if history is taken as a precedent and our neighbour has a done a wonderful job of brainwashing a lot of our less educated brethren to turn traitirs either thru religion(for muslims) or thru money(for hindus).
